Piddlehinton 1 - 3 Swanage Town

Piddle came into this game in confident mood on the back of a 3 game wining streak and took early control of the game with some good passing football. They should of taken the lead early on if it wasnt for a great save by the Swans keeper from Henderson. Dovell soon got the goal Piddle deserved with a cool side foot finish after some nice build up play.

Swanage were resorting to the long ball game, both from the big kick of their keeper, and some long throws from both flanks. It was as a result of a long through the away side drew level just before half time with a headed finish.

The second half began in the same fashion with Piddle trying to play football against the long ball game, but struggled to find the breakthrough. Swanage took the lead from another long throw with poor marking in the box.

Nick Hansford had a chance to even up the scores when the ref awarded a spot kick for a foul on Bushnell. However Hansfords penalty was well saved by the Swanage keeper.

Despite some good pressure Piddle couldnt find a goal and the away side made sure of all three points with a goal just before full time.
